Here is where you can start to make your house your own. If you are purchasing a property that is yet to be completed, you may be able to personalise your new Hollins home with a choice of kitchen finishes, and tile choices.

We are proud of our high level of standard specification, but you may be able to enhance this by choosing from our wide range of optional extras. Some options are subject to build stage of your chosen property, so please speak with your Sales Consultant.

Our range of optional extras includes the following:

Plus much more! We will consider most variations, all we ask is, they are not structural changes, and don’t require planning permission/building regulations approval... So have fun and truly personalise your new Hollins home!

Your Sales Consultant will invite you to the ‘Sales and Information Centre’ to make your colour choices and discuss details of any optional extras you would like. Choices are required by roof stage of your chosen new Hollins home, with the exception of fitted wardrobes, carpets and freestanding appliances. For deadlines on these items, please speak with your Sales Consultant.

Should you choose from our range of optional extras, you will be asked to pay in advance in accordance to the build stage of your home. This is in order to secure delivery and guarantee your chosen options. If you do not proceed to exchange of contracts no refund will be given on optional extras ordered. If you have exchanged contracts with a 10% deposit or 5% deposit using the Government’s ‘Help To Buy’ scheme, it may be possible to add some of the costs of your chosen optional extras to your completion statement and subsequently pay on ‘move in’ day.
