Here is where you can start to make your house your own. If you are purchasing a property that is yet to be completed, you may be able to personalise your new Hollins home with a choice of kitchen finishes, and tile choices.
We are proud of our high level of standard specification, but you may be able to enhance this by choosing from our wide range of optional extras. Some options are subject to build stage of your chosen property, so please speak with your Sales Consultant.

Your Sales Consultant will invite you to the ‘Sales and Information Centre’ to make your colour choices and discuss details of any optional extras you would like. Choices are required by roof stage of your chosen new Hollins home, with the exception of fitted wardrobes, carpets and freestanding appliances. For deadlines on these items, please speak with your Sales Consultant.
Should you choose from our range of optional extras, you will be asked to pay in advance unless you have exchanged contracts with a 10% deposit or 5% deposit if using the Governments ‘Help To Buy’ scheme. If you have exchanged contracts with these minimum deposit requirements, you can add the cost of your chosen optional extras to your completion statement and subsequently pay on ‘move in’ day.
