If you discover a defect in your home within two years of moving in, please follow these steps to report it. Please note before raising a ticket it is important to check that the type of defect you are reporting is covered. You will find this info in the Homeowners guide and Warranty Cover booklet both located on our customer care page.

  1. Click on the Clixifix link in the email we sent you and login to your Homeowner Account within the Clixifix portal.

  2. Once logged in, you will view your own plot specific dashboard. To report a defect, click “New Ticket”, submit a photograph and fill in the text box with as much detail as possible. Creating “Tickets” are easily done via a smartphone.

  3. Our Customer Care Team will receive notification that you have raised a “Ticket” and will communicate with you via Clixifix. If we need to send a contractor to your home, you can follow the progress, including any appointments that have been made to visit.
